We felt no pressure to buy on the spot and needed a coudays to find what we wanted. We settled on a gently used sport for our first experience. They do great work but the service advisor was terrible about calling back. Usually had to call 2 or 3 times to finally find out what’s going on.

When I got there they said there was a bay down and I would have to wait an hour before getting in. The place was so comfortable that the time waiting didn't even seem like an hour. Shelby talked to me on the phone to explain my free visits included with our purchase, and I was fortunate enough to deal with her at the dealership. I needed some software checked on my Grand Cherokee and thought I would have to pay about $270. for the work. Turned out that I didn't need any work, and they wouldn't charge me for checking. Yippee! Always the very best service peeps - for almost twenty years. One of the main reasons I continue to be a customer of Pollard.

We went in to Service to get keys made for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Mike C in Service walked me up to Sales and especially Gabe East to get some details regarding the new Wranglers. This was the fastest experience buying a car! My husband got on the Pollard Jeep found what he was looking for contacted Kaytlyn and set up a time to meet the following evening! We got to the dealership and the car he wanted was clean and pulled out ready for the test drive. After we went on our test drive came back got paperwork done! I walked out of a very large, well advertised Jeep dealership in North Denver due to the most unprofessional car dealership environment I had ever experienced. I was disgusted.
