I love this dealership. Everyone in the service department is professional, knowledgeable, & respectful. Can get appointments quickly unlike other dealerships. I live in the Broomfield area but choose to service our Jeep at this location. Have had bad experiences at another location nearby. The only thing which I do not understand is that when the service department gets busy and it goes to vm after leaving a lengthy message they don’t return the call.

I stopped in to see if they could fix an issue with a Jeep Wrangler I rented from Hertz. I explained to them it was worth a shot bc Hertz wouldn’t help. About 5 of these kind folks went out of their way NOT ONLY to address the issue but make sure we were comfortable as we waited briefly. They received nothing from me - no financial incentive whatsoever - they just wanted me and my kid to have the best “Jeep experience” possible. Boulder, you’re lucky. Treat this dealership well.

Best Jeep dealership west of the Mississippi. Gavin is the best service advisor in the game. If you own a Jeep; bring them here for service.

Every thing was fine with the Jeep including a detailed report. I was a little disappointed in the waiting area as they usually have some light snacks for waiting customers but it was wiped out yesterday.
